Sambusa

Ingredients:

1kg minced beef
3 packs Harumaki sheets (one pack containing 10 large sheets)
2 onions, chopped
1 ginger, crushed
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small celery, coarsely chopped after fibers are removed
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 1/2-2 bunches garlic chives (nira), chopped
bread flour
1 T Kikkoman Soy Sauce
oil for deep-frying

Directions:

Mix onion, garlic and ginger with meat.
–     Put the beef mixture in a pan and cook without adding water over a low heat. When almost dry, add soy sauce. Add celery, and when dried again, add spring onion, parsley, garlic chives and cook for 5 minutes. The filling should be dry.
et aside to cool.
Cut Harumaki sheets in half. Scoop app. 1 T of the cooked ingredients and wrap in a sheet in triangle. Seal the open end of the sheet with flour-water mixture.
Deep-fry.
* Sambusas is also called Samosa.
